How to get rid of text in an image without changing the background

I want to use the following image for a website background but I want to get rid of the bottom "chat now" text box and also all the letters, words, and numbers on the top and keep everything else.

Goodness, I thought you were going to ask about the text in the background.  That would still be doablebut the Chat Now window is super easy with Content Aware Fill.  Make a fairly tight selection of the window, and use Edit > Content Aware Fill.  Job done.
