How to get the tool bar back on ipad

How do I get my tool bar back on photoshop ipad ??

The only thing that comes to mind is that the Toobar disappears when you click on a tool to make another choice.

Look at the very top of the app. Does it say Cancel and Done? Click one of them.

If this isn't it, show a screenshot so we can better assist.
