how to i replace the colours in the string in this photo with another photo?

 

i want to take out the green in the strigns in the meat and repalce with the white in the strigns in the meat

 

as in real life the strign will be all white/yellow and so photo is non represative

This is a great question. Photoshop has a lot of ways to offer to achieve what you wish in this task.

 

Most of these techniques begin with making selections of the threads to isolate further adjustments only to the threads.

Try Color Range from Select > Color Range: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/selecting-color-range-image.html
