how to import .cclib into photoshop

hi i have a bunch of gradients and layer styles saved to my creative cloud library but i cannot for the life of me import them into photoshop or anything (aside from having the libraries tab which is not what im wanting it to be in). For example when i go onto layer styles, i try to import but i cannot use the .cclib which i exported from creative cloud to do this. Its useless. I just want my old presets back
