How to import Corel Photo Paint file

Hi, I can't believe nobody else has wanted to do this, but I have some old Corel cpt files I want to open in Photoshop. But I cannot find out how?

Help please.

Do you still have Corel or Corel Paint or Photopaint? If you do, open and save in an psd, eps or pdf format. If not you will have to use a software converter.
