How to improve VHS quality on Photoshop

Hi, How do you improve VHS quality on our Photoshop? I have VHS effect from 1999-2000. but How can we please remove VHS effect? Here's a tutorial of how to improve VHS on Photoshop.

Hi Tristan.  I suspect that you have used a langague translator for your post, amd that the translation has resulted in some confusion.  Please give us as much detail about your iussue as you can think of.  The more you tell us, the better our chance of understanding you.

Are these video files digitised from VHS video tapes?

Or are you thinking the 'VHS Effect' is the result of using a Plugin?

Are you hoping to improve the quality?

I have just searched and found that there is a VHS Effect for Premier Pro.

Could that be what you are referring to?

It is unlikely that can be removed.
