That sounds like a job that is very easy in Lightroom-Classic.
Select a 1000photos> Print Module> Design Layout> Print 1000 images.

More knowledgeable people (than me) might suggest a Photoshop way with Image Processor.
Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 14.1.1, Photoshop 26.2, ACR 17.1, Lightroom 8.1, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 15.0.2, Windows-11.
