How to install Adobe Photoshop CS6

How can I access a purchased and registered license for Adobe Photoshop CS6. I have access to the account for which the license was registered, but there is no added product on the account. When I try to add a new product, I get the information that the license code is already registered.
How do I contact Adobe, so they can verify the problem?
