Question

How to install old Photoshop version on a old MacBook?

Hi Adobe community, I’m an Adobe CC subscriber, my MacBook (Mid 2010) is only capable to run macOS High Sierra (10.13.6). Is there a way that I can download Photoshop on this system via Creative Cloud? I can’t access older versions like Photoshop 2020 even if I activate „show older versions“ in the CC preferences.

hi Jean

I know that your post in two years back but since I'm facing the same problem now with the exact macOS I was hoping you would tell me how you fixed it.

Thank you for your answer! When I follow this link I need to enter a serial number to download Adobe products. Unfortunately, I don't have these serial numbers because I'm a Creative Cloud subscriber.

For context, until recently I used Photoshop 2020 from Creative Cloud, which I downloaded years ago. All recent updates that came after 2020 aren't competible with my old Macbook which is okay, because Photoshop 2020 worked just fine. However, I just reset my Macbook and was hoping I could reinstall Photoshop 2020, but on Creative Cloud I can't access this older version anymore. I followed the instruction from Adobe support by going to preferences and activate "show older versions". But still, there is nothing avaible (see image). It seems like one must have Photoshop installed already to access older versions.

Any other ideas?
