How to lace business card design in template using smart object?

Hello all.

I am trying to present a mockup for a business card design. There are so many awesome templates out there for free (like this one I want to use from Anthony Boyd), but I'm having issues actually placing my design into this template. The instructions only say, "Place business card design by using smart object." I am not super familiar with Smart Objects and have been looking for an explanation of this process but am a little stuck. Could someone give me an explanation of the steps needed to complete this? Thank you!

Hello, double-click the front side layer, replace the front of your business card on the file that opens. Ditto for the back side.

Can you share the template, the screenshot is ambiguous. Or at least expand every layer/layer set so that all of the layer content is visible, then post a cropped screenshot of the layers panel.

My expectation would be that one would need to replace the smart object content of 14 layers. Depending on whether this is a linked or embedded smart object or whether it uses 13 "child" copies of 1 "parent" would also have a bearing.
