How to lasso fill without color overlap

Hello,

Total newbie here. I am trying to use lasso fill to shade in camera coverage areas on a floor plan. I'm successful in doing so except where another camera covers the same location. The 1st fill gets overlapped and the color becomes darker on the overlaped area. Can some please let me know how to have the same color even on overlapped fills? Thanks!
