Open Tools panel and click expanded menu in right upper corner, then choose 'Save Tool Presets'.
Similary for Brushes, but there you have to choose 'Export Selected Brushes'.

Kukurykus, thank you. However, that did not give me a .tpl file to load into my Tool Presets. I use so many brushes, there are a few I would like to keep in faster reach (my Presets). I have the brushes exported, it exported as a .abr which I can not load into my presets pannel. Any other ideas?

You are right, I misread your qustion 😉
First of all, there is distinction for brushes and tools for reason. Originally for many years we had tools only, while the brushes were part of them. Later the brushes features were enhanced so they couldn't be saved as regular tools until you decided to make them normal brush tools, so without extra options.
If you're sure you don't need special brushes properties you can select just singly one of your brushes from created group and then by expanded menu of 'Tools' panel choose 'New Tool Preset'. On pop-up dialog click 'No'.
To do it automaticaly for entire group of your created brushes you would need a script.
Ps. when you create tools from all your brushes you can then select bunch of them by 'Tools panel expanded menu / Preset Manager' and click 'Save Set' to save them in .tpl all together.

An easier way is to save your brushes in a library and then you have them when you need them and can access them on an iPad if you use one. I think they are easier to organize and keep track of in my libraries.
