How to make the shape to path?

This photo is from Adobe Photoshop 2019 CC.Can you please tell me how to make this shape into path that i can make small or big?If you reply, I will be pleased.

As Ged said, you already have a Path (see your options bar) and you can transform it with Cmd+T (Ctrl+T on Windows).

If what you mean is that you want to save and reuse it, select it and go to Edit > Define Custom Shape and save it with a name. You can then draw it as a Path, Shape, or Pixels and either draw it to the size you want or use Cmd+T to scale it.

Hi,

I noticed you have drawn your shape with the Pen Tool on the background layer.

Create a new layer by pressing the create new layer icon on the layers palette.

Next draw your shape, also be sure to turn off the visibility of the background layer.

Next right click and select fill path.

next select the move tool shortcut V and be sure to have Show transform controls checked.

At this point you can increase and decrease your shape size as you wish, by dragging in to decrease and out to increase, from any of the four corners.

to not loose too much image quality right click the shape on your layers palette and select convert to smart object from the drop down menu.
