How to make this brush?

Hello, does anybody know how to make a brush like this one in Photoshop? It has a darker line on one side and it fades on the other.

        Just to be clear, the 40% spacing is to duplicate the slight stepping we can see in your example.  Reducing the spacing would be similar to increasing the Count setting making the lower opacity part of the brush more dense

          Make the shapes with the pen tool, then give them an Inner Shadow.
