how to move subject to top of layer

hello everyone, i am going to make photoshop shop action to move subject to top of layer. i have thousands of artworks in png with various position of subject on transparent png. i need to move the image to top of layer because i will make photoshop batch to my tshirt mockup. is there a shortcut, or photoshop menu to do it without manually move subject to top?

You can record steps to align content with the top edge. I assume all your files have the same structure as the one shown in your screenshot: a single normal layer, a transparent background, and content on it.

 

Begin recording the action.

First, perform a step to select all. Marching ants will appear around the edges of the document.

For the second step, activate the Move tool and click on the Align top edges icon in the Options bar to record this step.

Optionally record a step to deselect.

 

That's it! Test the action, then batch process the files.
