Hi I have upgraded to Photoshop 22 but I do not see the option to open in low-resolution anymore. Does anyone know where that has been relocated? If it has been removed then please tell me how do I download an earlier version that has it? Thanks!
Which version of macOS are you using? On macOS 12 Monterey, I just looked at many applications, including applications not from Adobe, and none of them have the Open in Low Resolution option anymore. A web search indicates that Apple has removed the option in macOS 12.

Unfortunately that doesn't help because that option no longer exists. I will have to download a previous version directly thanks.

Hi, Ali's second link has information on getting older versions, than the N-1 usually found in Creative Cloud.
