How to personalize E-invite with individual guest name

Question

Hello!I was wondering if anyone knows of a faster way to personalize digital invites with individual names on the guests? I am yet to send out 500+- invites for an event facilitated by my workplace. Can I somehow copy-paste all the guest names in without having to write each name and save the template over and over again? And if so, how do I send out each individual invite? I would of course have to know which invite is for who.. If anyone know of a way to optimize that process, I would love to hear from you!

This isn't my area of expertise. Although one may use Photoshop Variables (or Illustrator Variables or InDesign Data Merge) for this task, 500+ would generally be done via a mass email or other service:

Or perhaps:

Whichever way you go, you will need well structured data, such as a spreadsheet with a column for key data (name, email etc). This may come out of CRM software or accounting software or some other business management software.
