How to place image on a movie clip

I have an MP4 clip of a blank white flag that is waving. How do I place an image onto the flag and have the image look like it is waving too?

Hi, In my opinion, you have to search for a flag video mockup in Internet, but I think this is more an After Effects work instead Photoshop

As already pointed out, this is a job for a compositing program like AE or a mockup in a 3D program. If it realyl needs to be matched to existing video it's a lot of work, though. Even on big movies such stuff is typically simply completely replaced with 3D simulated and rendered elements because that's much easier.
