How to quickly create a vignette blur

Hello,

Is there a way to quickly create a vignette blur in Photoshop?   I have been looking for a photoshop action or a brush to do this. I like to add either a vignette gaussian blur  to many of my photos (or some gaussian blur to part of an image) but can't find a super quick way to do this in PS.  (I know how to create a gaussian blur the long way, but I'm looking for a quicker method - ideally a brush or action that I can run (as I'm not very technical).  

Can anyone point me to where I could download such a brush or action.  I would want to vary the opacity.
