I want to reduce the size of file from 70 kb to 50 kb to upload it to a web site. Web site not accepting if the picture size more than 50 kb.

Please explain in step by step.

With your file open in Photoshop, select File > Export > Save for Web (legacy).

In the upper right corner of the Save for Web dialog, choose the desired file type (JPG, PNG, etc).

Then click on the three little lines and choose Optimize to File Size.

Type in your desired size and click OK.

Photoshop may make the file smaller than the file size you requested, but will not make it larger than that.

Solution number two:

  • Go to File > Export > Export As.
  • Choose JPEG file format on the right side.
  • Lower Quality and watch file size on the left side of screen.
