How to replicate this image?

Hi,

 

Can anyone tell me how to replicate this image? It's 2 layers combined in a distressed-type style, so I'm assuming there might be an action to accomplish this look? Thanks for any help!

    Purely synthetic noise may not get you the desired result so it might be wort looking into stock images or patterns of distressed materials to use as masks. (I would prefere a Smart Object approach but depending on your needs Layer Masks may well suffice.) 

    The white »scratches« on the Logo can be added with a similar element set to Blend Mode Screen for example.
