How to reset New Fill and Adjustment Layer menu at bottom of layer panel?

Hi, 
I must have hit the wrong key, and now when I click on my "new fill and adjustment layer menu", or fx panel at the bottom of the layer panel, I have to scroll down to see the whole menu, instead of seeing the whole menu completely when I click on it. How do I reset this?
