How to resize jpg file to 120kb

my problem is that I have to resize a jpg file to 120 kb which maximum file width is(500px to 600px) and maximum height is (700px to 800px).

you can do that in

File --> Export --> Save for Web (Legacy)

Have a look at my previous post

If you are using newer version you can do that in Export As dialog. Choose JPG from Format drop-down list then lower quality and watch file size on the left-hand side. There is also option to change file dimensions if you haven't done that.
