How to rotate a 3D object by a specific amount

I have a 3D object (a 3D layer from a .obj file) that I would like to rotate along the Y axis by 180 degrees. I can click and drag the handle, but how can I tell it to rotate by that specific amount?

It's very fiddly trying to drag the handles and get it exactly where I want it.

Thanks!

I see. But how do I get those dialog boxes to come up? I'm only seeing the axis arrows.

Thanks!

Use Photoshop Windows menu to open the palette and use the palette options and settings.
