Hey guys, a bit lost here on how to select a white product (pearl) out of a white background. Please help. Thank you so much!

Do you need the entire cone or just the ring?

The pen tool will let you draw a precise selection and could be the answer here.

 

But first try this:

Add a levels adjustment layer

Set the Gamma (middle) slider to .25

Set the white slider to 225

That should make it easier to see what's what in the photo

Pen tool quickly layout straight line points then switch to curvature pen tool and adjust the path.
