How to select layers fast and ignore clipping masks (photoshop)

Hi,

When using photoshop I know you can right click on your image to bring up a box to where you can quickly scroll through layers, alternatively you can control click to do this. Also you can control & options click to auto click layers. I'm an illustrator and have hundreds of layers and each layer usually has a few clipping masks layers attached to it, sometimes there's loads of these layers which get in the way when trying to click on the layer at the bottom that they're attached to.

Is there a way to tweak the quick layer selecting method so that it ignores all clipping masks layers and only shows actual layers (non-clipping mask layers)? That way when I click straight onto a layer it comes up with that layer straight away no matter how many other clipping masks are above it.

Hope that makes some kind of sense!

Tom

No, I don't believe you can do that, but it would be a nice feature.
