How to set chart bar image values align using photoshop script?

I have 1000 number of different chart images daily that i must OCR them for personal use. My daily images are not the same. I tried multiple OCR services like adobe acrobat for extract values from my images but all of services have mistakes and among 1000 of images, they did not OCR some values in some of the images. I came to the conclusion that maybe because the values are not aligned, an error occurs by the services. now i want to use photoshop action or script to align bar values in my images.

Can i do this by photoshop?
