how to set Select Pixels as HotKey

How to set Select Pixels of the layer at the right panel in Photoshop or may be there is another such a function to get selected all pixels of the active object.

I've read every hotkey in Edit-> Keybord Shortcuts, but no such function has been in there.

Taking Ged's response, you can record an action using cmd/ctrl-click in the layer thumbnails, then assign a hot key to tht action.

You can Ctrl/CMD click on the layers thumbnail or mask to select the pixels. if that's what your referring too
