How to solve it? Discontinued Preset Syncing.

Accroding to this link from Adobe, the Preset Sync is discontinued. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/sync-presets.html

 

What is the solution to sync brush settings, workspace settings, all other preference settings with my two devices?

 

Mac OS 13.4.1 (c)
