How to troubleshoot missing extension?

I have installed the StockSolo and it does say that in my My Exchange as well. However, in Photoschop 21.2.1 release, the StockSolo is missing from Windows/Extensions. It used to be there and also showed up in the right side panel of Photoshop Window. Now, it's gone. In My Exchange, I have tried Uninstall and then re-install and Sync but nothing works. Any suggestion is much appreciated.

Just installed the extension and it works fine for me with Photoshop version 21.2.1

I already re-install and it's not there.

As you can see StockSolo is not under Extensions eventhough My Exchange says it is.

I tried the download link and I got this  message.

Download link works fine for me using Firefox, maybe try a different Internet browser
