How to turn off drawing adjustment values??

When going into adjustments, I'm forced to "draw" in my value when trying to use the slider with my pen. This is incredibly annoying and takes a million clicks to manually exit with my mouse! How do I turn this off?

Could you try describing your issue in more detail.   What you mean by 'draw in my value'?

In case you are not aware, you have your Hue/Sat layer set to Colorize which has no effect on full black, and full white tones.
