How to turn off features of brush tool.

Hi,

This is going to sound very vague but I am not sure what this new feature of Photoshop is. When using a tablet like a Wacom, if you hold your pen down in one spot, a white circle appears around the brush on the screen. The brushes menu appears next to the white circle, kind of like a shortcut or if you right-clicked. I'm trying to turn this feature off and I don't know what it's called. Someone help me!
