Question

How to turn off touch gestures? When i uncheck the option in preferences, it will not save, and they gestures are driving me crazy while I am trying to work on my tablet.

When I uncheck the option in preferences, it will not save, and they gestures are driving me crazy while I am trying to work on my tablet. As I am drawing, my drawing will spin and zoom in/out and try to close. I rest my hand on my tablet as I draw and so the touches prompt the gestures. However, as i mentioned, when I go to preferences -> tools, I uncheck 'enable gestures' but this doesn't seem to affect anything and my pictures are still zooming and spinning.

Please help, it is maddening. Thank you

Did you restart Photoshop after changing the Preferences?

Hello,

even after restarting, it seems that they are still on. Unless, I am confusing gestures with something else, but it will be that when i am drawing, the canvas will spin or zoom in/out and all i am doing is just drawing and i can only assume it is because i rest my hand on the tablet surface while i draw.

the canvas will spin or zoom in/out

Unlikely but could you inadvertently be pressing the R- or H-key?

Can you reproduce the behaviour or is it purely accidental?
