To enable Farsi or Arabic in Photoshop CC, go to preferences (Ctrl + K) > 'Type' tab, then set the text engine to MIDDLE EASTERN AND SOUTH ASIAN. Now restart Photoshop.

From the menu choose Type > language options > select MIDDLE EASTERN FEATURES. The latter enables the right-to-left direction in the paragraph panel.

خیلی ممنوم من از راه حلتون استفاده کردم و به راه حل نزدیک شدم ولی کار نکرد و بیشتر که دقت کردم در گزینه ی 

type =language option = right to left character direction 

را هم فعال کردم تا شروع به نوشتن سر هم کرد ،از اینکه باعث دقتم شدید ممنونم

من این مراحلی که گفتید رو انجام دادم ولی سری فونت های بی رو کلا ساپورت نمیکنه ظاهرا و کلا به شکل مربع برای من میاره حتی من فونت های ام جی و سری 2 رو هم تست کردم باز هم مشکل دارن
