How would I create a gray circle with a diameter of 28 pixels exactly?

Hi there

Press the key "U" to select the shape tool

Select the ellipse shape tool

And click with the tool inside the pasteboard

Double check you have shape selected on the top bar

Inside the properties panel you will see more options

Select the shape tool, with the eclipse shape selected, click once on your canvas area, and a dialog box will come up, where you can enter 28px wide by 28 PC high.
