This shows up whenever i want to edit a photo or to start drawing for a class this shows up. How would i fix this?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?
Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

It worked, Thank you! Just by turning off the 'use graphic processor' made photoshop start showing up my workspace.
Im not an expert to these problems but this helped very much thank you. 🙂

Unfortunately this is no proper solution as it invalidates GPU dependent features (like the Rotate View Tool and some Filter acceleration for example) but it indicates problems with the GPU driver or the OS.
