HUD colour picker Shift+Alt+right click does nothing in latest version on Windows 10

HUD colour picker Shift+Alt+right click does not bring up the HUD colour selection in latest version (22.0.1) on Windows 10 - is this a known bug? - it seems to work on the Mac but not on the PC.

The above links to a different thing, the problem is shift+alt+right click does not bring up a colour wheel in version 22.0.1. It does in all the previous versions, it still works on the mac just not in windows 10.
