Hue adjustment problem

Please I need some help, I wasted a whole day trying to fix this problem.

the problem is when I add the hue adjustment layer it turns the image gray I checked the channels and also the image mode is RGB and nothing is in grayscale, I had reset my preferences and also uninstall the photoshop and install it again to the latest update and still the same problem ... I just notice that if I add an exposure adjustment without adjusting any of its properties,, the hue works in the hue adjustment layer, everything is shown in the images.

Can you try going to Preferences > Performance > GPU Settings >Advanced and unchecking GPU Compositing. Then close and restart Photoshop.
