Hi there,

As the Hue/Saturation Slider is not working, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're working on?

Also, what image format are you working with?

Could you check the image mode and make sure it's 8 Bit RGB? Go to Image > Image Mode to verify.

Let us know if it helps.
Regards,
Sahil

Hi Sahil

Thanks for replying, version is CC 20.0.7. Image mode is 8 bit RGB, it happens whether I work in a tif file or PSD. Everything else in adjustments work?? I have had other issues with Mojave & Photoshop but solved those.

Thanks

Clare

Thanks for sharing the information Clare, could you please update Photoshop to version 21.0.1 via the Creative Cloud Desktop app and let us know if it helps?

Hi Sahil

I had the new update I just hadn't launched it. However the problem is still there, all the other adjustments are working apart from Hue/Saturation still?

Any more other ideas please or do you think its a glitch in the software, seems strange everything else in adjustments works.

Thank you.

Clare

Could you post a screenshot showing the image and the hue/sat dialog? Is this an adjustment layer or a direct pixel adjustment from the menu?

Hi screenshot below, this is how I would normally do it, make my layer active & use hue/saturation to change the colour on a flower from say red to blue which has tone in it, purely for speed as I would then have to seperate it correctly for print production. I have also screenshotted the brightness/contrast slider as you can see no problem?
