Huge difference between develop and library view with high iso

I'm using Lightroom Classic vs 13.5.1 on a PC with a 64bit OS running Windows 11. Using a Canon R5. Specifically when editing images shot using a high ISO (generally over 12800) there is a huge difference betwee the develop view and library view. After I make the edits in develop to open the shadows and correct color, once i then switch to library, after LR has rebuilt the preview the view is so radically different to be startling. I need to reliably make edits in Lightroom vs taking a shot in the dark.

View at 100% and check again. You need to see the pixel structure at 1:1, one image pixel represented by one physical screen pixel.

Library and Develop use different screen resampling algorithms. With high noise images that can have a big impact on how it appears on screen when downsampled.

You always need to view at 100% when assessing noise and sharpness. The more noise the more important this is.
