I am having issues selecting objects with Rectangle Marquee Tool - Photoshop
I am having issues when selecting objects using the rectangle tool. I do click on upper left, drag the mouse to lower right. I do see the dashed box that looks appears when I do a selection. However, when I release the mouse, nothing is selected.
