I am not able to make a pattern with Adobe capture in photoshop?

Open the Libraries panel, and click on the + icon at the lower right, and choose "Extract from image" from the popup menu. This brings up the Capture screen..

Could you give some details? Can you see the Libraries panel? Is there a + icon? What happens if you click on it?
