I am searching for brush 3667, do you know where I can find it and import it?

Hello I have seen a tutorial and they are using the brush 3667 which I cannot find in my photoshop. Is this an old one? is it replaced by another number?

@Doragr can you share a link to the tutorial? Brush 3667 is a non-standard name.
