I am unable to save files.

When I click to save a file an Adobe info page appears telling me that I can save to either the Cloud or my computer hadr drive.   No instructions  are available nor are there options present to allow me to save.  I am unable to save tthe file.

Hi Robert,

Do you see the words, "Save on your computer"? If you do click on it and you will see the normal file explorer popping up. You may then select the folder you wish to save in. I assume you wish to save on your computer. Otherwise click on "Save to cloud document" to save to Adobe's cloud. If you see neither of these phrases, or if they are not clickable buttons please let us know.

I believe this happened to you right after the newest update right? Unfortunately you won't be able to save anything unless you restart your computer and redo your hard work.

No need to restart. Just pick the appropriate option local or cloud and continue. You can also choose to switch to local or cloud documents in the save dialogue that follows.

there is no option to choose, its directly show pop up that say save cloud document, both "save" and "save as"

If not a cloud document you can make it one by choosing Save As" then  "Save to Cloud Documents".
