Good morning today I just purchased the student plan for Colombia that has a discount of 60%, after buying it with my institutional mail does not appear active the plan I purchased if not rather I get the free plan when I buy the cloud today all applications. I attach images one when I made the purchase and another after refreshing the page.
I'm trying to figure out what you are asking, and I think you said you purchased a student plan and it is now showing up as a trial. If I got it right, try signing out of Creative Cloud, then sign back in with the ID you purchased with. If that doesn't work, try the other steps on this help page:
