I can't export transparent object as PNG Please Help

Question

I'm creating a file in Photoshop with masked layers etc. to my clear object transparent and I want to make the final output available for some mock-ups in Illustrator, I've come across the problem that the background is transparent but my object isn't. Which is weird because the object is transparent in Photoshop. I will attach some screenshots below.

Is there a different saving options that I'm missing? because I've seen it done before

Hi, thank you for reaching out!

The software that I use to create the object is Photoshop, the file formats that I've tried are PNG, GIF, and PSD and all of them still didn't make my object transparent. For the export setting I'm not sure I will attached a screenshot below of what export setting I have and the object type is Image
