Correct answer Jeff Arola

This download contains the ExtractPlus filter after unzipping the file under

PSCS5OptionalPlugins_Win_en_US>Optional Plug-Ins>Win64

http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/photoshop/win/cs5/PSCS5OptionalPlugins_Win_en_US.zip

Then put the ExtractPlus.8BF in

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)\Plug-ins

If I remember correctly, the Extract Filter was deprecated and replaced by Refine Edge.  But that was quite a while ago.  CS6 is almost 10 years old now.  A great deal has changed in PS CC since then.

Yes it was removed by the CS6 time frame. It was not worth having. It only  worked well  on very easy to extract images.  Photoshop has much better extraction tools these days with select subject, quick selection tool, content aware move,  etc.
