I can't get the Kyle brushes from photoshop

it says I am not a member, but I have ps cc and adobe creative cloud

Are  you signed in  on th Application  Manager?

Are you trying to access from CC 2018?  As in, is Photoshop fully up to date?

Are you using the Get more brushes from the right click menu?

When the Products page opens, does it show you as signed in?

Note:  When I accessed this page to get the screen shot, it asked about my location (I am in New Zealand).  It has never done that before, so I wonder if things have changed.  If you still have a problem, it might be worth hard resetting the web page (Ctrl F5)
