I can't open H.265 (HEVC) video with Photoshop 2022

Question

I want to watch frames by frames a 4k 60 fps video coming from my iPhone 13 with Photoshop and extract some of the frames into layers.

But it seems that the HEVC codec is not supported by Photoshop, is there a fix to this ?

- I have the codec installed on my PC, and I can open HEIC pictures with Photoshop.

- I know I can use a more compatible format by changing the settings in my iPhone, but if I do that I cannot use the 4k with 60 fps, and I need it.

Which Windows version are you currently on? What happens when you try to open the file?
