I can't save any files.

I'm using Photoshop CC(17vers.)

but I can't save any files.

I'm using an external hard drive.

It can't be saved for the following reasons.

So I tried to save it on my PC drive.

but It can't be saved for the same reason.

What's does that 2gigabytes mean? What's the problem?

What should I do?

Hi

It looks like you are trying to save a file that is larger than that supported by the file type you are using to save.

A PSD file for example has a limit of 2 gigabytes (2GB). A Tiff file is limited to 4GB

Try saving as file type PSB which is designed for larger file sizes.
